Obituary for Laura Bowles Porter
Laura Bowles Porter, 71, passed away peacefully on May 1st, 2018. She is preceeded in death by her parents, Bernard E Bowles Sr. and Florence Bowles, her late husband Samuel Porter and her daughter, Frances L Wood.
She leaves behind 6 siblings, Bernard Bowles Jr.(Sharon), Ida Dunn, Daniel Bowles, Robert Bowles(Susan), John Bowles Sr. and Marcella Lax(Larry); 3 children, Candy Wigal(Michael), George Wood II(Tosha) and Toni Porter Karrer(Dan); 5 grandchildren, Tim Shepherd, Ethan Wood, Conrad Wigal, Joshua Wood and Grayson Wigal. Laura also leaves behind many other nephews, nieces and loved ones.

Cremation was chosen by the family to carry out Laura's wishes.
A celebration of life is to be held at a later date.
The family asks that any donations in memory of Ms. Porter be made to The American Cancer Society or The Humane Society.
