I contacted Woodlawn after my brother suddenly died. My sister and i were making the arrangements for him. I spoke with Kendra and she was so kind and caring as she explained the services they provide. We had a complicated situation with the next of kin in 3 other states.
Kendra explained what we needed to do to reach the desired arrangements we wanted. She was so patient and( i called her many times) so was reassuring that everything was on track.

I wanted to thank you for your kindness in sending me this information.
I had spoken with several funeral homes before contacting you, no one had the kindness as you did to tell me about checking with the county Trustee. The Trustee was able to help in our situation but without you giving this information to us we would have been in a very different situation. Our family thanks you from the bottom of our hearts as in our time of need you were so kind. We will forever remember what you did for our family by a simple drop of an email. Woodlawn Cremations was truly a God-send. After the loss of my mother, I didn’t know where to begin making arrangements.
